Urban Garden
Urban Garden was created by hundreds of Nottingham Primary School children.
Sarah visited 15 schools teaching the children how to upcycle a plastic bottle into a beautiful flower. They then presented their creations in a frame they painted a vibrant colour. The frame colours were displayed in rainbow colour order to create a bold, stunning art installation.
After being exhibited at Sobar in Nottingham City Centre, the artworks were returned to the schools for the children to enjoy.
Well done to all the children who took part, they looked fab! And a massive thank you to all the teachers, helpers, staff at Sobar and the Arts Council, all of which made this project possible.
