Sick of Plastic - Smol
Smol commissioned Sarah to create a massive sculpture from waste laundry plastic. The sculpture was made from 3229 individual pieces of laundry plastic which is the amount of pieces thrown away each and everyday in Birmingham alone.
To promote Smol's range of plastic free laundry products they created a TV advert of a washing machine vomiting laundry plastic to show how sick of plastic they are! Sarah was tasked with the challenge to create a sculpture based on the TV advert. If you would like to see the advert click here.
The sculpture was displayed in Birmingham City Centre as part of Smol’s Sick of Plastic campaign and the waste plastic will be recycled when the campaign is over.
