Man City & Spurs Football Fans

Sarah was commissioned by Heineken to make sculptures of Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspurs football fans from waste single use and discarded plastics. The football clubs and Heineken's #NoPlasticFansHere campaign seeks to remove all single use plastic from the stadiums.

Materials used include plastic bottles, bubble wrap, cups, bags, bottle caps, disposable cutlery, coffee cup lids, straws, broken tents, popped airbeds and paddling pools, reclaimed astro turf and offcuts of plastic from making PPE face shields at the beginning of the pandemic.
