Chick-fil-A Leadercast

Sarah was commissioned to create a sculpture for the Coca-Cola Cafe at the annual Chick-fil-A Leadercast event in Atlanta.

The theme of the event was ‘Simply Lead’ so Sarah made letters spelling out the word LEAD and applied 'mosaics' in decorative patterns made from Coca-Cola cans, bottles and caps.  The sculpture was then placed in the Cafe and during the event Sarah worked on the piece in front of visitors. 

All the cans and bottles were carefully hand cut into the decorative forms.  Some of the bottles and cans used to make the mosaic pieces have been collected over the years and feature different themes, such as the London 2012 Olympics, the 125 years of Coke celebration and the special Christmas editions.    

The Cafe also featured one of Sarah’s chandeliers she made from melted plastic bottles. 

The sculpture and chandelier are now a feature at the head quarters of Chick-fil-A in Atlanta.
